Information we process

• Contact information: your name, email address, organization, messages, and any information you choose to send us.
• Inference content: prompts, conversation history, files or images supported by the selected service, and generated output. Only send information you are authorized to provide.
• Account and usage records: API-key identifiers, names, permissions and hashed credentials; request, model and worker identifiers; token counts, prices, costs, timestamps, status, latency and limited error information. Our billing database does not store prompt bodies or generated outputs.
• Technical information: IP addresses, request URLs, browser or client information, headers, access times, response status and connection or security events. Infrastructure access logs can contain this information even when application logs exclude request content.

How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, provide inference, authenticate requests, route work, measure usage, calculate charges, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Supported image URLs may be fetched from their hosting service, which receives the requested URL and our server's connection information.

We do not use your inference inputs or outputs to train our own models. We do not sell personal information or use inference content for advertising.

Service providers and sharing

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Zoho handles our contact email. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure hosts our API gateway, which authenticates and routes inference requests and keeps usage and billing records. We use third-party hosting, managed GPU and inference-processing providers to run selected backends. These providers receive and process inference inputs, conversation content, supported files and generated outputs as needed to fulfill requests, including during evaluation and early access.

These services can process technical data and have their own infrastructure, security and retention practices. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Zoho's privacy policy. Contact us for the current infrastructure providers and processing locations applicable to your service before submitting data with specific privacy or residency requirements. We do not represent that every service provider offers zero retention.

If you access us through a marketplace, it also handles information under its own policies. We may share usage and billing records for reconciliation, use selected operational monitoring services, or disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and service security.

Information may be processed outside your country. Our United States business location does not mean inference runs only in the United States. The production inference location is not yet confirmed; ask us before sending data with residency requirements.

Retention and security

Request content passes through memory, temporary buffers and inference infrastructure. We do not promise zero data retention. We retain contact, account, usage and billing records as needed for service operation, accounting, security, dispute resolution and applicable obligations. The billing ledger currently has no fixed automatic deletion schedule.

Operational logs are rotated by size, not a guaranteed number of days. Enabled partner-activity daily counters are normally pruned after 30 days; first-activity records can remain for the API key's lifetime. Backups and infrastructure-provider records may remain longer. Deletion requests require review, including applicable retention needs and backup limitations.

We use access controls, authentication and encrypted network transport where configured. No system is completely secure. Do not submit credentials, highly sensitive personal information or regulated data without a suitable written arrangement.

Your choices and requests

Email us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about processing and available rights under applicable law. We may verify your identity and explain any lawful limits. If you use an intermediary, it may also need to handle your request.

We do not use website data for behavioral advertising. Hosting and security services may process technical information, operational analytics or necessary browser storage. Our API is intended for adults, not children under 18.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the effective date and communicate material changes to existing customers where appropriate or required.
