RUVILAB / RUVI LABS
Terms of Service
Ruvi Labs, also called Ruvilab, is operated by Rushil Patel, based in the United States. These terms cover this website and inference access we expressly authorize.
Questions: contact@ruvilab.com. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling.
Access and service status
API access is currently by prior arrangement. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization you represent. We will make these terms available before providing access; an agreed written order or contract controls if it conflicts with them.
This website does not promise a generally available API, marketplace approval, any particular model, geographic processing location or service-level agreement. Early-access features, capacity and availability may change. Evaluation access is not a production reliability guarantee.
Your responsibilities
Keep credentials private, use only authorized endpoints and report suspected compromise promptly. Follow agreed usage limits, applicable law, model licenses and relevant marketplace rules. You are responsible for applications and decisions built on the service.
Do not bypass authentication or limits, access another customer's information, interfere with service security, or use the service for fraud, unlawful activity or infringement. Security research must be coordinated with us before testing systems you do not control.
Inputs, outputs and model terms
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your inputs and allow us and necessary service providers to process them for inference and service operation. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information without a suitable written arrangement.
You retain any rights you have in your inputs. We do not claim ownership of content solely because our service processes it. Rights in generated outputs depend on applicable law and relevant model licenses; outputs may not be unique or eligible for protection.
AI output can be incorrect, incomplete or inappropriate. Review it before relying on or distributing it. It is not professional medical, legal or financial advice, and should not replace qualified judgment or required human oversight.
Fees and billing
Paid use requires agreed pricing or an applicable marketplace order. We will disclose prices, billing units and relevant limits before paid use. Our website alone does not enroll you in a subscription or authorize recurring charges.
Usage records support billing and reconciliation. Payment timing, taxes, credits and refund arrangements follow your agreed order and mandatory legal rights. Contact us promptly about disputed charges. Marketplace purchases are also subject to that marketplace's payment and refund terms.
Availability, suspension and ending access
We may restrict access reasonably to address security incidents, abuse, capacity problems, nonpayment or a breach of these terms. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues where practical; urgent risks may require immediate action.
You may stop using the service and request credential revocation. Ending access does not cancel charges already incurred or necessary record retention described in our Privacy Policy. Material service or pricing changes will be communicated before they apply to your continuing paid use.
Important limitations and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, early-access services are provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation, error-free output or suitability for a particular purpose. Any expressly agreed warranties or service commitments remain applicable.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Contact us first about concerns so we can try to resolve them. We may update these terms with a revised effective date and appropriate notice of material changes.
